Epic have decided to celebrate Valentines Day with a XP event for Gears of War 2. The event will take place over the Valentines period and the decision is still being made as to whether the event will last a weekend or the whole week.
The event will take place at some point between the 8th and the 14th of February and the following awards will be on offer.
* Revives are worth double points in all game modes.
* Horde mode rewards double XP for each completed wave.
* Wingman mode rewards double the normal XP.
